In later years under new ownership it was renamed the Auk Island Winery after the now distinct Great Auk.

The word is out about our great wines and given that we are located in one of the largest tourism destinations in Newfoundland and Labrador. Our wines are available locally at our winery, and many of our local restaurants( where it is paired with traditional cuisine.Also available through the Newfoundland Liquor Corp.

We also have a restaurant and gift shop on site. Wine tasting tours are also available for a minimum fee.
